I'm Mandy!

Once upon a time, a rather long time ago in 2014, I established a home baking business.

 

Back then, you could find my line of biscuits at a few cafes around Preston and Thornbury and at some of the Code Black Cafes in the city. I also supplied The Big Group for their events and functions. 500 biscuits a month in fact...right up until 2020 when life for all of us took an unexpected turn.

 

This was very much a side hustle at the time and after the lockdowns, life got in they way and Biscuitlane went on the back burner. Until now. 

We're back and cooking on all three burners!

I've introduced brownies and blondies into the mix. And gingerbread and spiced cookies for Christmas. The biscuits are a new look too. Expect the range to include exciting new flavours as the journey continues.
